Best Western Gregory Hotel

We had a nice stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful while we were there. We had an issue and they were a bit less helpful after the stay. The hotel is clean, the bedrooms are well isolated. The hotel is in a nice lively neighborhood.

Good location, neighborhood amenities, safe place

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It's in an excellent location for using New York City public transportation and easy to reach by car. I recommend using the valet parking; it costs extra but the expense is worthwhile for the convenience. The staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The neighborhood has an exceptional variety of restaurants within walking distance. I can't comment on the breakfast because although it was included with my stay, I didn't eat at the hotel.

It' my first pick hotel whenever I stay in NYC. Subway two short blocks away and parking is way easier than going to Manhattan. Clean, large, rooms and always meets my expectations. I've stayed here a couple of dozen times withing the last 25-30 years.
