Best Western Gregory Hotel

Nice clean room close to the running park along the river and a fun neighborhood where my daughter could go buy good falafel.

The breakfast was delicious and hot and a good selection of things to choose from. the hotel was quiet and the room very comfortable. I will be staying there again on my next trip to NYC.

I have stayed here before. It’s not super fancy and it’s a bit dated but it’s pretty clean and quiet and the staff is pretty nice. They upgraded us at no extra charge when we checked in because we got to town really early and we had a late event so we were just hanging out relaxing in the lobby. The guy at the desk took pity on us and offered the upgrade because they had a room in the upgraded class ready so I thought that was cool

The staff and location make this hotel a good choice. Everyone is friendly and I appreciated not being in the craziness and overcrowding of Manhattan. The room was a great size for NYC standards and the beds were very comfortable. Despite, the fact that the coffee was weak and the sausages were not browned/cooked properly (my opinion) I appreciated the free breakfast with hot and cold options.

The location was absolutely perfect for our stay. Not only were we in the heart of Bay Ridge within walking distance of about anything, but we were right across the street from the subway station which made it even more convenient. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great! They got FRESH bagels from a bagel spot around the corner as well as many other items that were more standard... but hey, when in Brooklyn, it's the bagels! Beds were reasonably comfortable, nothing spectacular but on par with Best Westerns.
